Neil Shazell is an experienced IT Director, Transformation Director, Operations Director and Programme Director working within the police, defence, health, aerospace and public sectors. Commercially astute and customer focused with transformation, service management, operations, programme, risk and business change experience. Over 30 years of managing mission and business critical applications, IT systems and communication systems. An effective and versatile leader, team player and confident communicator, who regularly leads and manages multi-disciplined technical teams, briefing large audiences and actively engages with stakeholders at all levels.
Neil has worked as a Director with both the NHS and the Metropolitan Police, served as an Officer with the Royal Air Force and as a Senior Non-Commissioned Officer in the British Army.
Neil is based in southern England and can undertake permanent, consultancy, interim, contract, Board, NED, Trustee or voluntary work.
